Why is it when you get one male amongst multiple females, the douche factor multiplies exponentially?
It's almost as if the male knows he has the attention of females, therefore all the conversation shifts to topics he seems to be an expert at.
Food? Oh, let me tell you about all the cuisines I've tried and know about.
Music? Let me tell you about the industry... how it works and why it isn't as successful as it could be.
Business? Well let me you about my latest business model. You'll find it fascinating.
On and on.
Please, men. We can see through this. We pretend to be interested because we're polite. We're not idiots. We know things about food, music, and business too. We just noticed how you find yourself so interesting, that you've been talking non stop for the last half hour. If we could, we'd probably interject. But anytime we get a word in, you steer the conversation back toward yourself and your knowledge.
